Jimmy Choo X Ugg

I never would have thought something like this would happen...Jimmy Choo and Ugg will be doing a collaboration for Fall/Winter 2010. The 5-piece collection will range from $595 to $795 and will be sold in Jimmy Choo and Ugg stores, online and in department stores. Basically, you are going to see the collection whether you like it or not. All I can picture are sheepskin boots with stiletto heels and to be honest, I do not like it! I guess we will have to wait and see. Collection will be available in October.

H&M Shopping Rules for Jimmy Choo

Yeah, that's right, you read correctly - RULES. Here they are as written on the H&M website...

What do I do if I arrive before opening hours?

If there is a line, please wait in line and H&M store staff will inform you how to shop.

How does the queing system work?
The first 160 people in line will receive a bracelet; on the bracelet you will be given a specific time for shopping in our designated area. The bracelets are only needed for the women's shoes, bags and accessories. Customers shopping the men's collection or the women's garments will not require a bracelet.

When your time has come, we will let you into the designated area to shop. Our goal is to create a better shopping experience for all of our customers.

If you are not one of the 160 first in line, you will of course have the opportunity to shop from the rest of collection or within H&M. After about two hours we will also open up the designated area for all of our customers.

To make sure as many customers as possible are able to buy from the Jimmy Choo for H&M collection, we have a limitation. Every customer can buy the whole collection but with a limitation of buying maximum one per product, i.e. not more than one size (shoes/garments) or piece (accessories) per product per customer. The limitation covers the whole Jimmy Choo for H&M Collection. Your place in line does not guarantee any items from the Jimmy Choo for H&M collection.

How civilized! Ladies, there is one thing that H&M failed to mention that I will take upon myself to say to you...do not pull some random's hair because they snatched the last shoes, or handbag that you want- leave the hair pulling for outside the store...I know everyone will be going wild. Sadly, I will not attempt to get my hands on the fabulous items that H&M will have, because I will be devastated if I don't get what I want. I'm already devastated and the sale hasn't even happened.

If you feel extra generous pick me up a pair or two of fabulous shoes. I believe I am a size 6 in Choo. No flats please. I enjoy heels more.

Happy shopping!

ps. The collection will be released November 14th.

Jimmy Choo For H&M

Shopaholics, it is time to celebrate. H&M has announced that Jimmy Choo is designing a line for H&M this autumn! The collection will be available from November 14th in approximately 200 stores worldwide. Get ready to start camping out! The collaboration includes women's and men’s clothing with accessories, such as shoes and handbags to compliment.

H&M has previously collaborated on collections with both pop icons and designers, including Madonna, Kylie Minogue, Stella McCartney, Karl Lagerfeld, Roberto Cavalli, Viktor & Rolf and Matthew Williamson.

According to Tamara Mellon, Founder and President of Jimmy Choo, "We are privileged to be among the fashion greats who have been affiliated with H&M so far, and to be designing a collection appealing to fashion savvy, street smart women, and to be including some great pieces for men, too. Jimmy Choo will bring to H&M a sophisticated, fashion forward, accessible and glamorous collection -- the perfect party pieces to buy now and then wear out that night!"

Above is a peek at two of the shoes that the collection will offer! I love both!!!

Jennifer Aniston at the Oscars

I love Jennifer Aniston. She is so glamorous and beautiful. She always looks stunning and is never over done. She is a true California girl. I love her taste in clothing, always simple and sophisticated. Most of all her make up is always just right. Never too much and never too little. She always has a golden glow and sparkling eyes. Last night at the Oscars, she did not disappoint. Accompanied by John Mayer, she dazzled in an elegant Valentino gown with Jimmy Choo satin sandals. How can you go wrong with Valentino and Jimmy Choo? In my opinion she was definitely one of the best dressed. As for her make up - perfection. To recreate her look, even if you don't have a make up artist like Angela Levin, follow these simple steps:

Skin: After moisturizing Jennifer's skin, Levin applied Chanel Lift Lumiere foundation in Beige, concealing undereye circles with the matching concealer. Instead of blush, she dabbed Hydrabase lipstick in Coco Red on the apples of Jennifer's cheeks. After that, she dotted Sheer Brilliance in Sunkissed around the tops of Jen's cheekbones. (This captures light with a slight shimmer.) A bit of powder bronzer gave Jen a sunny glow.
Eyes: Jen wore Lorac eye shadows in Jade (green) and Serenity (bronze), along with Tina Earnshaw shadow in Aubergine. She closely lined the top and bottom lashes with black eye shadow. A coat of Chanel Inimitable mascara in black finished the look.
Lips: Lucky Jen got a preview of Chanel's forthcoming Aqualumiere Lipshine in Panarea. Get a similar look with a deep rose, creamy lipstick.
