Canada's Next Top Model - Addison Gill

Addison Gill, Canada’s true next top model, is your average 16 year old high school student from Caledonia a small place tucked away in Ontario, who has been lucky enough to walk some of the prestigious runways. Addison was discovered by Sutherland Models president Ann Sutherland. “I thought she was absolutely beautiful, the type of model who could shoot the biggest campaigns in the world” says Sutherland. Not only has Addison been strutting her stuff down the catwalk, she was also submitted to a model search for V Magazine, and despite a mouth full of braces, she was chosen as the winner. Shortly after her V Magazine shoot, Addison walked the runways of Milan, Paris and New York. She has been booked by Calvin Klein, Valentino and Gianfranco Ferre just to name a few. Addison is on her way to becoming a supermodel. She is explained to be both beauty and brains, with maturity well beyond her age. Could she possibly be the next Coco Rocha? She certainly has potential to be.

Here are some shots of Addison at work…

Go Addison! Make Canada proud!

Kim Kardashian as a Blonde

So, she really did it this time. I am going to blame it on her break up with Reggie Bush. It doesn't look awful, but she is better as a brunette. That dress looks extremely fug on her though...Hot Mess Monday times two today...
Kourtney looks great though!
What do you all think of Kim's new hair?

Hot Mess Monday - Heidi Montag

Why is Heidi Montag such an attention wh*re, you ask? Well, maybe it's because she has zero talent and has to strut around town looking like a disco barbie to get people to pay any attention to her. Here is Mrs. Spratt looking like a major moron at the G.I Joe Rise of the Cobra premiere in a sheer sequin top, short shorts (so classy) and Christian Louboutin booties. Usually, Louboutin can do no wrong in my eyes, but these booties make me want hurl. I'm not even going to say anything about her hair and make up because if I have to examine her again the sparkle from her sequins may destroy my eye sight.

Thanks for coming out, Montag. Try to dress with some class next time.

Happy Monday...

Tarte Multipleye Lash Enhancer

Tarte Multipleye Lash Enhancer promises to make big changes in the look of your lashes. Here is what Sephora.com has to say about this product:

MultiplEYE is a natural lash enhancer that increases the length of lashes by 152%. The proprietary HydroPlant Peptide™ is clinically proven to give the appearance of longer, thicker lashes with natural ingredients. Soy and amino acid proteins combine to form an essential super protein base that fortifies and nourishes lashes. This protein emulsion is infused with cellulose, a plant-derived thickening agent, and vitamin C, an antioxidant booster. The results speak for themselves: 100% of subjects reported an increase in lash softness and the appearance of lash length while 90% of subjects reported an increase in lash thickness.

This has even been compared to Latisse - the pricey prescription only lash enhancing treatment. Has anyone tried this product? Let me know what you think!

Make Up Trend: Winged Eyeliner

The winged eye look is all over the red carpet and catwalk, it is the new big thing in eye make up! Kim Kardashian, Gwen Stefani, Angelina Jolie and even Amy Winehouse are rocking this look. Practice makes perfect when it comes to top eye liner and the winged eye look, but it is possible to do and you don’t need a celebrity make up artist to prefect the look. The best thing to use when achieving this sultry look is liquid liner. Try patting it down right at the lash line, slowly and carefully. Also, pulling a little bit right under the end of your eyebrow will give you better precision and guide you when finishing off the tip. Make the line as thick or as thin as you want depending on your look. Here are some great liquid liners to try…

Kat Von D Autograph Eyeliner – This collection has a lot of great colours to chose from. I really love Black, Metal Love, Homie, Proud Peacock, and Rhi- Venge.

Hot Mess Monday - Rihanna

Missoni has managed to make another hideous piece. This dress looks like an awkward scarf that Rihanna has used to wrap around herself. The fringe makes it even more heinous. I feel sorry for the poeple of Manhattan that had to see this in real life. Guess what else I'm not feeling about this look...her hair! What is she thinking? Rihanna usually has pretty wild, funky hair, but it usually also looks nice...

Happy Monday!
